HCL Fixed Term Executive Experience Requirement
Experience will be counted only after obtaining the prescribed basic/essential qualification.

The selection process will primarily be based on Personal Interview (PI) with 100% weightage.
Normally, candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio, meaning up to five candidates may be called for each advertised vacancy. Where there is a single vacancy, HCL may shortlist up to 10 candidates for the Personal Interview.
HCL also reserves the right to conduct a written screening test if required for shortlisting.
Shortlisting Criteria
