MR for EMS and OSHAS standard and pertaining associated implementation and records Looking after approval related to safety from DISH, PCB, BOILER Conducting toolbox talk, on the job training , hearing and visual based trainings in workplace Investigate all safety related incidents / accidents and preparing a detailed report & recommended, suggest & implement necessary CAPA (Corrective & preventive action) in order to avoid re occurrence in future Managing and disposal of hazardous waste as per TNPCB norms Conducting periodic Mock drills and Fire drills at regular intervals Conducting Monthly Safety Committee meeting & acting as a advisor of the safety committee & prepare MOM & circulate to all committee members & implement the findings of safety Documentation of EMS and OSHAS auditable records in Environment Health and Safety Timely submission of Monthly, Half Yearly and Annual returns to TNPCB and MOEF Ensuring safety awareness among employees and workers by carrying out regular training programs, mock drills and fire drills Preparation of reports based on Investigation of Near miss, Incident and Accident Organizing and scrutinizing Safety Committee Meetings Identifying the Hazard and assess the risk in the work places and submitting a written statement Periodic review of Unsafe Acts / Conditions Maintaining the statutory requirements such as listed below by acquainting with necessary Government bodies and Private Authorities. Such as Pressure Vessel Certificate, Fire License , Competent Certificate for various Multi Utilities, Boiler Certificate, Stability Certificate
